Terms Of Service

1. Agreement

These Terms govern the relationship between Client and SEOEva, Carrer de Colón 58, 46004 Valencia, Spain (NIF: B12345678).

2. Services

SEO auditing, keyword research, on-page optimisation, link building, local SEO, content production. All services delivered digitally via email, Google Drive, and live dashboards.

3. Payment Terms

Seed: 100% upfront. Grow: 50% upfront, 50% at 45 days. Harvest: monthly billing. All payments via Stripe in EUR. Invoices issued within 5 business days.

4. Intellectual Property

Client owns all deliverables upon full payment. SEOEva retains anonymised case study rights unless objected within 14 days of project completion.

5. Results Disclaimer

SEO results depend on many factors beyond our control. We guarantee professional methodology but not specific ranking positions.

6. Liability

Limited to total fees paid for the specific engagement. We are not liable for third-party algorithm changes, hosting failures, or client-side modifications.

7. Governing Law

Spanish law. Courts of Valencia. EU Online Dispute Resolution platform available at ec.europa.eu/odr. Last updated: March 2026.
